The Ava Gardner Museum

The Ava Gardner Museum is home to an incredible collection of over 100,000 items, including original scripts, photos, costumes, and personal belongings of screen legend Ava Gardner. Ava Gardner was born near Smithfield and her grave site is located in Sunset Memorial Gardens, approximately three (3) miles from the museum. Merchandise is available for purchase.

April - Open House During the Ham and Yam Festival
December - Ava Gardner Birthday Celebration Open daily from 1:00pm until 5:00pm.

Museum is wheelchair accessible and has public restrooms. Free parking along the street.  Admission: $3 adults; $2 seniors; children under 12 are free.
